In case of Order cancellations and Returns related to Prepaid orders, we will refund the money the same way as the payment was made. If the payment was made by Credit Card/Debit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the amount within 7 to 12 working days only after receipt of the product in its original condition (for Returns only)
In case of Returns related to COD Orders, we will refund the money, in form of Credit Points only in your account, only after receipt of the product in its original condition. These credit points can be used for purchases on our website.
In case of Claims, we will provide Credit Points in your account, as per our Claims policy. These credit points can be used for purchases on our website.
