100% claim is allowed if there is any manufacturing defect in the product within 1 month of purchase with the copy of the bill.
Product older than 1 month & under 3 months has to be sent to us with Original bill, please ensure that the defect claimed is genuine i.e. no external defect has been caused intentionally or un-intentionally especially by Rough usage, Dog bites, Silencer burns, Usage of Razor / Blunt object etc.
An approval will be provided by us based on the genuineness, usage & repair-ability. If unrepairable the claim value may vary from 50 to 100% of the product's price.
No Claims will be entertained under any circumstances of product more than 3 months old.
